I am a clinical psychologist and a CBT therapist. I am an advanced schema therapist and a supervisor for individuals. I work in a private practice in my office for over 13 years. I see clients with different kind of difficulties – people with anxiety disorders, personality disorders, depression, relationship and life crisis, etc. I am currently the president of the Bulgarian Society of Schema Therapy. Me and my colleagues organize trainings, workshops and supervision in Schema therapy with presenters and trainers from all over the world. Our mission is to expand and to develop the Schema therapy model within the professionals in Bulgaria.
I completed my bachelor’s degree in psychology at Sofia University and after that, in 2008, I completed my Masters in Clinical and counseling psychology. I have a postgraduate qualification in clinical psychology at the Psychiatric Clinic at the Military Medical Academy, Sofia in 2010. I am also an Eriksonian hypnotherapist.
I am married and I have two children. I love spending time with my family with outside activities. I love skiing, mountain walks, and I enjoy the sea. I also practice yoga.
